When asking for support, always include the following in your e-mail:

Firmware version of the multiplexer

Serial number of the multiplexer

Version of MPX-Config
-
A clear and concise description of the problem, including the connected equipment on each input and output.

A screen print of the current configuration or a configuration file.
-
A log file from MPX-Config with appr. 30 seconds worth of data.
Support only comprises technical problems directly related to the multiplexer. |
